A Type --- OASA Series , B Type --- OASB (OSV) Series |
 |
Compact design with extremely low shut height
Less interference during panel removal due to low cam driver.
A
type with working capacity of 14.7 kN (1.5 tonf) is available in inclinations from 0° to 70° at 5° pitch.
B type with working capacity of 29.4 kN (3.0 tonf)
is available in inclinations from 0° to 70° at 5° pitch.
The guide shaft with the cam slide is securely retained by a safety plate.
Self
aligning mechanism of slider absorbs the location difference between
upper and lower die assuring the fine pierce position

| NAAMS
--- OANA (NAF) Series |
 |
By applying the double method, which uses OILES #2000 for both as a sliding plate and a facing plate, it provides higher working capacities.
Applicable for mass production and dies with thick plate and high tensile strength steel. Maintenance is much less necessary even under high load condition.
Just by removing the center bar or the gibb plate, the cam slide can be removed vertically, easing assembly and disassembly.
Since the cam slide can be removed vertically, the maintenance space at the rear section of the unit becomes unnecessary, and the unit can be installed in a narrow space.
Available in inclined angles from 0° to the maximum of 60° at 5° pitch.
Complies with NAAMS (North American Automotive Metric Standard).
OANA50 and 75 have the self centering mechanism of the cam slide, which decreases pierce punch setting time.
OANA175, 200, 250, and 300 are for made-to-order.

OILES #2000 wear plates are utilized in all sliding sections of the cam unit. Therefore, higher working capacity and superior wear resistance are achieved.
Compact design by greatly shortening the unit depth with the use of OILES #2000.
With working capasities of 160.4 kN to 493.9 kN, this cam style is suitable for shearing and bending processes and also thick panel and high tensile strength steel.
The base has the integrated casting box structure that provides high stiffness.
Cam slide can be removed/installed vertically, resulting easy assembly and disassembly. Due to this structure, the maintenance space at both sides and rear section of the unit becomes unnecessary, and this allows the cam unit to be installed in a narrow space.
Installation/removal of the return spring unit is available without disassembly of the cam slide.
Available in inclined angles from 0° to the maximum of 60° (0°, 5°, 10°, 15°, 20°, 30°, 40°, 50°, and 60°)

Installation/removal of return spring unit is possible without disassembly of the cam slide
Because the return spring has a unit structure, the cam slide can be installed/removed easily.
Moreover, the spring unit can be installed/removed to/from the rear of the slide without removing the slide from the base. Therefore, adjustment/checking of the tool end becomes easy without the spring attached. In addition, when an irregular spring trouble occurs during press production, maintenance is available without removing a die from the press. |

Compact design with a push up structure that allows simple flanging up operations. It allows eliminating the lower die floating structure that is conventionally used for flanging up operations. Therefore, it contributes to lower die cost and shorter process.
Two
types of working capacity are available; 29.4 kN (3.0 tonf), 49.0 kN (5.0 tonf)
