OILES 2000S
Sintered multi-layered bearing containing dispersed solid lubricant
CUSTOMIZED
PRODUCT

Economical bearing which is usable for any direction

photo
OILES 2000S is a self-lub bearing containing graphite as main solid lubricant based on newly developed special metal. Further process to contain lubricant oil therein is conducted.

Features ballUsable without lubrication; however, expected better performance with grease
ballUsable for any designated direction because of solid lubricant dispersed in the product
ballOutstanding low friction coefficient and extreme wear resistance
ballLow cost in comparison with a bearing based on copper alloy
