Compliance System

Our organizational structure for overseeing overall compliance includes a director in charge of compliance and a Compliance Sub-Committee, which serves as a promotion unit under the Sustainability Promotion Meeting and is headed by the general manager of the Legal Department. In addition, each division and each Group company has a member on the Compliance Sub-Committee, a compliance promoter, and an implementation leader. Compliance promotion, education, and training based on the Oiles Group Corporate Conduct Charter and Corporate Code of Conduct ensure that all business operations are conducted in accordance with laws and regulations and that the behavior of all employees is grounded in our corporate ethics.
