Social Media Policy

We use social media as a tool for corporate public relations.

We manage social media properly by adhering to the basic attitude below in addition to the related law, Privacy Policy and Corporate Conduct Charter.

• We understand that any information provided through social media may spread out over the world and remain anywhere even if we delete a post.
• We do not provide personal information or any information that would be privacy violation  without permission of use.
• We do not violate any rights including intellectual property. Regarding protecting portrait rights, we obtain permission from a person shown in the photograph or movie before posting.
• We obey the regulations of each social media services and use them with good manners.

We may delete the comment including the content listed below and block the account who posted it without notice.

• Pretending to be someone
• Violating any rights
• Breaking the law or public manner
• Personal information or photos without permission
• Obscenity
• Attacking or criticizing another person /organization, or defamation
• Discriminating against race, ideology, creed, etc., or promoting discrimination
• Relationship to antisocial forces or organizations that threaten the order or safety of society, known as “Boryokudan” in Japan
• Political activities, election activities, religious activities, or similar activities
• Containing malicious content such as harmful programs
• Modifying part or all of the content transmitted by our official accounts
• Commercial activities
• Remark with no relationship to the purpose of our official accounts
• Any other comments deemed that would be rationally improper by us

• Information posted on our official accounts does not necessarily represent the company's official announcements or opinions. Our official announcements and views shall be disseminated through timely disclosure on our official website, stock exchanges, news releases, etc.
• We do not always guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information transmitted from our official accounts.
• We are not responsible for comments posted by other users.
• We are not responsible for damages of other users or third parties due to troubles between them occurred in connection with our accounts.
• Although we may suspend or terminate the service of social media without prior notice, we are not responsible for the damage caused by any changes of the operation for social media.
• This policy is subject to revision due to the amendment of laws and regulations, etc., and changes in the social environment without notice.

As our rule, we will not reply to any comments or user remarks to our posts.
